Book the Author!

We love guest reading! If you’d like Daniel Fernandez to come to your school, scout troop, church group, or meet up he would love it! In addition to guest reading, there are learning activities and games we put on to get kids talking about and understanding money. These activities are geared towards elementary school aged kids. Our purpose is to teach kids the basics about financial literacy and build a foundation upon which they will be able to grasp more advanced understanding as they mature and get older.

The bike is a lot of money and Frank’s dad tells him that he’ll have to wait until Christmas. Frank isn’t happy about having to wait until Christmas to get what he wants. With his father’s encouragement and words of wisdom throughout his journey, Frank creates a plan to earn and save enough money to buy the bike on his own. Throughout his quest, Frank gains an understanding about how money works and the power of staying disciplined. Frank faces challenges, struggles, and learns valuable lessons about those mistakes along the way.
